Why are cancellations within 7 days non-refundable?

Our workshops require advance preparation. Once you book, we reserve materials, tools, and instructor time specifically for you. Your slot is also unavailable to other customers. These costs remain even if you don’t attend, so refunds cannot be offered within 7 days.

What if I urgently need the money back?

We empathize with your situation, but refunds for late cancellations are not possible because preparations and materials have already been arranged. You may reschedule to another available date.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled without refund, as workshops start promptly.

Can I reschedule instead?

Yes. You may reschedule up to 3 days before your session. After that period, changes cannot be accommodated.

What if I don’t show up?

No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Can children attend the workshop?

Yes. Participants under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?

Please inform us before your workshop. While we will do our best to assist you, Melting Artistry cannot be responsible for any reactions to materials used.​

What if I change my mind after booking?

You may request a full refund if you cancel 7 days or more before your session. Within 7 days, refunds are not possible, but you may reschedule if you contact us at least 3 days before.

Is my booking confirmed after I submit the form?

Your booking is confirmed only after we send you a WhatsApp confirmation and full payment is completed.

Do you offer workshops for team bonding, bridal showers, birthdays, or anniversaries?

Yes! We offer customizable sessions for team bonding, bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. These group activities can be tailored to your theme, schedule, and group size.
To plan a private or group event, simply contact us, and we will assist you with available packages and arrangements.​

Can I get a refund if I have a personal emergency?

We understand emergencies happen, but to keep the policy fair and consistent for all guests, we are unable to issue refunds within 7 days of the session, regardless of the reason.

Is the Master Class suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our Master Classes are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step by experienced instructors. No prior experience is required to join.

Will I receive certification after completing the Master Class?

Selected Master Classes include internationally recognised Korean certification upon successful completion.

What is included in the Master Class fee?

The fee includes training, materials, tools, and guided practice. Certification may vary by course and will be stated clearly before booking.

How long does the Master Class take?

Duration depends on the course type. Some classes are completed in one day, while others may take multiple sessions.

Can I start a business after completing the Master Class?

The course equips you with professional skills and knowledge. While business results depend on personal effort, many students use the training to begin their creative journey.
