Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Melting Artistry!

1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking request will be reviewed, and a confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp. Full payment is required after this confirmation. Your booking is secured only once payment is completed.

2. Payment Policy
Payment must be made promptly after receiving the confirmation text. Unpaid reservations may be released after 3 hours.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.​

• Our workshops require advance preparation, including reserving materials, tools, workspace, and instructor time. Once a booking is confirmed, your spot is held exclusively for you, and we may need to turn away other customers for the same time slot.Because these costs are incurred regardless of attendance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session.

4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 3 days before the scheduled date. Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated.

5. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund.

6. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not attend their session without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

7. Age Requirement
Participants under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the entire session.

8. Safety Guidelines
For your safety, all instructions provided by our instructors must be followed. Melting Artistry is not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of tools or materials.

9. Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Please inform us before your session if you have any known allergies or sensitivities to fragrance, resin, candle materials, or other workshop ingredients.
While we take care in handling materials, Melting Artistry is not responsible for allergic reactions that may occur during or after the workshop.

10. Workshop Results
All products made in our workshops are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and may occur.

11. Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the session for Instagram and TikTok posting purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before the session begins.

12. Personal Belongings
Melting Artistry is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items brought into the studio.
