A container candle is made by pouring melted wax directly glass container. The container holds the wax in place as it burns, making it the easiest and safest type for beginners. You can decorate the top, choose different scents, and pick any container style you like. It’s simple, stable, and great for first-time candle makers.

A plaster candle uses a solid, decorative shell made from plaster. Instead of pouring wax into the container permanently, you pour wax into a cavity inside the plaster holder. These are often used as decorative home pieces because the outside can be shaped, colored, or textured. They have a more artistic look, but require slightly more steps because you need to work with both plaster and wax.

A gel-drink candle uses clear gel wax, giving it a glass-like, transparent appearance. These candles look like drinks and can be decorated with fruits, toppings, layers, and fun colors. They are visually exciting and trendy, but because gel behaves differently than regular wax, they require more attention to detail, especially with temperature control and safe materials.

A resin coaster is a flat, round or square piece made to hold cups and protect surfaces. It’s the easiest and most beginner-friendly resin project because it uses simple molds and has plenty of space for decoration. You can add flowers. It’s practical, pretty, and great for learning basic pouring and curing techniques.

A resin pop socket is a small, decorative phone grip made by attaching a resin design to a pop socket base. It’s smaller than a coaster, so it requires more precision when pouring and decorating. Beginners can still enjoy it, but it’s more detailed because the design area is tiny. It’s perfect for making personalized phone accessories.

A resin ring holder is a decorative stand or cone used to store rings. It can be shaped like a cone. Making a ring holder requires slightly more attention because the mold is often deeper or taller, meaning the resin needs to cure evenly without bubbles. It’s still beginner-friendly, but it teaches more control over layering and pouring.
